o·ver·spend
Overspending — the reason you're in such a financial mess. Despite the budgets, resolutions, and Come-to-Jesus moments, you've done it again — you’ve gone on a shopping binge that you totally didn’t intend, and most likely probably couldn’t even afford. Like at all.
But those Louboutins were so pretty — and 20% off!! You had to have them. That restless, urgent feeling set in and before you knew it, you’d added them to your online cart...along with a dress you might need one day and a tie die sweat set. As if someone else was controlling you, your credit card number got entered into the checkout page and you pushed the “Complete Purchase” button, silencing that little voice screaming at you not to do it.
And it felt good.
For all of 10 seconds.
verb
spend more than your expected or allotted amount, resulting in negative financial (and otherwise) consequences, often done in an attempt to cope with negative emotions.
That rush, that sense of fulfilling that urge, was gone almost as fast it had come on. And now you’re just left with an outrageous credit card bill and the unbearable guilt of what you’ve just done.
Where did you think you’d be at this point in your life? Probably not neck-deep in the bowels of financial hell. You thought by now, you’d have your shiny dream car, your big, bright dream house (complete with a custom walk-in closet), and be able to jet off to anywhere with a moments notice just because the urge strikes.
But instead, you’re obsessively checking your online banking app, praying your paycheck comes in before that looming bill so you don’t overdraw again. Your eyes get blurry and a migraine comes on at the mere thought of how much debt you actually have.
Giving into the compulsion to spend in a way that’s out of control and unplanned is what’s gotten you into more debt and less savings than you wanted.
Spending can actually be really prosperous and abundant. It can be done in a way that’s planned, controlled, healthy, and abundant. Spending money on things that deeply nourish your soul and enhance your life can be one of the greatest honors there is.
And that type of prosperous spending is exactly how the future you, the future Wealthy Woman you’re meant to become, spends.
Just in case you're new here, let me introduce you to the Wealthy Woman real quick...
The Wealthy Woman is an expert at generating feelings of excitement, joy, self-worth, and abundance from the inside. She doesn’t feel compelled to overspend in an attempt to change her feelings. This allows her to feel good about spending and releasing money.
IT HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH HOW YOUR BRAIN IS PROGRAMMED.
And that programming can be
Imagine what it would feel like to be able to walk into a store or go to a website without feeling the urge to overspend.
Your savings would grow, your debt would decrease, and you'd actually have the authentic, abundant life you're dreaming of, not a fake one built on the crumbling facade of maxed out credit cards.
But then I learned that my thoughts create my feelings, an urge is just a feeling, and it's surprisingly easy to get those compulsions and urges to overspend to stop coming completely.
Now, I spend in a higher capacity than I ever have before, while growing my savings, eliminating my debt, and continually increasing my income to boot.

YES PLEASE!
Imagine wanting to eat a cupcake, but using sheer willpower to resist it. That's an awful feeling, right??
Now, imagine simply not wanting the cupcake. Ahhh, now that's bliss.
Same thing can be done with the urge to overspend. Imagine simply not feeling compelled to spend money outside of what you planned to spend. Wouldn't it make this whole overspending struggle so much easier? Yes...yes it would.
The first part of our coaching will focus on deconditioning your brain so the urge to overspend just isn't even a thing anymore.
Money is created by our minds — by the thoughts we choose to think.
And the lack of money is also created by our thoughts.
The second part of our coaching will be spent finding and disproving all those thoughts you have running through your mind that are telling you you aren't worthy of the money you desire, you aren't smart enough to earn the money you want, or money is the root of all evil.
Your results are ALWAYS created by the thoughts you think, money (or lack thereof) being no exception.
Budgets are often associated with feelings of restriction and deprivation. But that's not how the Wealthy Woman creates and adheres to a budget.
In the third part of our coaching, we'll work to create an abundant budget for you that's focused on expansion and excess, not limits and scarcity.
You can throw out everything you think you know about budgeting, because now, instead of figuring out where you need to cut back in order to make ends meet, you'll learn how to ask the Universe for more (and guarantee you'll get it!) so you have more than enough money for everything you need AND desire.
Finally, the really, really exciting part! It's time to manifest that money, baby!
Manifestation is simple in theory but can be hard to put into practice, especially if you're new to it. I'll guide you through the process of rewiring your brain to create miracles and abundance (aka, the green stuff) instead of creating lack and debt.
Remember in Part 1, when we talked about eliminating the urge to want to overspend? How not wanting to overspend would be so much easier than trying to resist the urge to overspend? Well, this is where we uplevel that. Imagine how much better it would be if you could simply manifest more money to meet your needs. Have an extra expense come up, want to pay off a chunk of debt, or just want to treat yourself a little? Learn how to manifest what you need instead of trying to find where to cut back in your budget.

Learn how to budget and spend in a way that's prosperous, expansive and abundant, just like The Wealthy Woman does.
Well, you could keep doing what you're doing. Struggling to stay on a budget. Resisting spending in a way that only leads to deprivation and causes you to overspend in a major way when your willpower finally breaks.
You could learn how to scrape pennies together by buying watery discount laundry detergent, forgoing the yogurt you love for the store brand version, and praying that an unforeseen expense doesn't pop up to take away the small savings you have left.
You could keep earning like you currently do, which is nowhere near the earning potential you actually possess.
But how much will all those shopping binges and years of underearning actually end up costing you?
Don't do that to yourself. Investing in yourself, and more importantly — in your thoughts, is the most prosperous thing you can do. If you set your mind to it and do the work, your coaching investment will come back to you twenty-fold.
